    Default Bluff

I'm probably missing some threads already dealing with the question, but the forum search isn't helping me out with anything promising looking, so I'll just post the question.

The Bluff description says it can be used to pull a monster from his fellows. Does that mean I can use bluff to target a single enemy in a cluster and pull him to the party without pulling his friends along for the ride? How often does it work? What happens if the roll fails? Does the target just stand there or descend on you with his whole horde? Is it really useful?

I've used ranged weapons for pulling from a distance, but that tends to be hit or miss whether his friends will start wondering why he's getting hit with arrows. I'm wondering if Bluff, which is a class skill anyway, will pull an enemy without alerting his friends. And if it's potentially useful.
