Ive followed instructions given by both this sites and Pando's im currently trying another option to get the game downloaded and looking at a near 8 hr wait time seriously Turbine this is unacceptable and I did a "Pando" search and looks like im not the only one dealing with the issues of getting your download to work.

Ive done all the firewall instructions no avail ive tried the network advice even though its pretty darn obvious I am online. This really needs to be addressed I wonder how many potential new customers have turned away in absolute frustration due to this? And your lack of response is a real bad spot on your faces. Be sure that if I cannot get this resolved soon I will take it to whoever will listen. Its time people really start speaking up about the "service" or lack there of with such technical problems and im just in a fired up mood to do so.
