No capstone available at level 20

I finally got my Elf Ranger to level 20, but was surprised to see that the Mastery of Archery capstone was not available. I have no idea why it's not there, but I went to the Ranger trainer and thoroughly checked. Is it because I'm Tempest? Any ideas? Thanks!

The capstone only has 2 requirements

Ranger Level 20
74 Enhancement Points already spent

You must be missing one of them.

Thats what I always do to make sure Im getting the pre reqs for the enhancements that I am trying to get.

Thank you for all the quick replies! Unfortunately I'm not in front of my machine, so I don't know how many AP I've spent (I think I've only got a few left), but I did check "show unavailable" and it definitely was not there. Either that or I'm crazy, because I looked very slowly and carefully.

Really only 1 screen shot should be good enough...

It should be the trainers enhancement screen, since that tells you spent points, along with the character page a little above that, but behind the trainer box, showing your character classes/levels.

Exploiter - Limey's suggesting your char is not a pure ranger; only pure classes can get capstones.

If you are pure ranger, then the problem is either you have a lot of AP that you havnt used, and need to use more to do the 74, or you don't have enough left and need to untrian some to get enough points....

Thanks to everyone for the help! I can't imagine what the issue was, but I went back in to take the screen shots and... there it was! Sitting right there at the top. No idea how I missed it before, although who knows... maybe it wasn't there for some reason. Anyway, it's all good now and thanks again!

There we go. Perhaps a Dev saw this post and stealth fixed it for you, or perhaps you were indeed mistaken in checking up your enhancements. We may never know....

I have one capped ranger, and I had the exact same problem; hit 20, and capstone wasn't there. I posted here on the forums -- much the same responses. Just signed off and back on the next day, and it was sitting there. Might be a bug; might be insane. Worked out fine in the end either way.

Ha! So perhaps I'm not crazy. The more I think about it, there's no way I could have missed it. I've been dying to get to 20th in order to get the capstone, so when I got there I ran up and down that list a dozen times and it just simply was not there. Like you said, maybe it just doesn't appear for a day or something. Anyway, it's all good. Now I need to TR...
