Could just be a streak of bad rolls. Trap parts only have a chance to drop from any trap (better chance with higher trap level). I think the Mechanic levels only increase the number of parts on average from a trap that successfully drops parts, not the chance that a trap will drop parts.

So, will need others to check if this quest ever drops parts.

    Default Necrotic touch

Well, necrotic touch isn't even supposed to be used to self heal, according to the description (quote: "players are immune to this ability")

I forgot a few important ones.
I tried Master's touch in U5, it didn't give proficiency with the weapons I was using.
The death aura spell has a nasty habit of not activating when cast, while still costing spell points. Seems to be more frequent in undead form.

Happens to buffs as well, such as Blur.

cold iron epic argumentation on a epic weapon is currently not available.
when you ask misty for the cold iron crystal, she gives you silver crystal instead.

Here's an unusual bug, because it benefits player characters:

When subjected to an effect that reduces movement speed (such as Waves of Exhaustion), a Pit Fiend will also have his attack speed reduced by the same amount.

I believe this problem appeared in U5.

    2) The Phiarlan Shield absorbs good spells as well as bad.

    - it absorbs some spells such as good hope but not others such as magic circle against evil and bull's strength, however... it ALSO absorbs clicking a rez shrine AND hitting the release button when you're dead. So yeah, if you have 5 charges on your shield you have to click the rez shrine 6 times to get rezzed and end up with 0 charges. I'm not going to test what happens if you have a battered phiarlan shield equipped and use a spirit cake to self rez, but I'm going to take a wild guess that you're out a bunch of $$$ buying TP that aren't going to be refunded.

I believe in Update 5 they stated that they gave hirelings incredibile save boosts versus traps, this might also give them a save boost versus grease. So they are probably not unaffected, but have a very good chance of making their saves (just a theory). I have no idea if that is WAI, of course.

I don't think these ever got added to the list. If you aren't sure if they are WAI, then just ask yourself what Solid Fog does if it doesn't slow enemies down.

I've noticed since U5 that my weapon sets don't change out when I first click them. It takes 2-3 clicks before they change. This is getting very annoying since I play mostly melee rangers and switching from bow to rapiers in the midst of battle can mean a party wipe. This is happening on both servers I play on, and I've never had problems before now.

    Level 20 WF wizard.

Swapping about 75% of my gear (with heighten on) causes a loss of DCs.

If heighten is turned off there is no loss of DCs, so it seems to be a bug with that metamagic feat.

Screenshots: (I made sure none of the gear I swapped should natrually affect my spell DCs)

(Banshee whail at 40DC with standard gear on)

(Swapped gloves from epic spectrals to vile blasphemy = 37DC)

(Swapped bloodstone for pendant of time = 36DC)

(Swapped bloodstone for Bauble = 39DC)

(Swapped wretched twilight for cloak of divine power = 35DC)

(Swapped Knost's belt for singed belt = 32DC)

Some gear is unaffected such as the torc and mantle.

This seems to be a serious bug with heighten.

Considering the amount of work I put into my caster just to get 1 extra DC this needs to be tested and fixed ASAP.

    - Flaming Sphere is acting like a summon spell with the orb not disappearing when the caster is killed, also hirelings will attack the orb despite it being indestructible.

For a laugh, is anyone with Augment Summoning able to see if it really is a summon instead of just acting like one?

Just checked. It doesn't let you click on it for examination. (I'd forgotten just how horrid that spell was. Thanks for the reminder.)

You can click on it if you have Improved Precise shot. You can even kill it with arrows that way...

Good Hope in the spell description says that it adds +2 to abilities. This is a typo. It should actually state that it adds +2 to ability checks.

Found this out earliear and made a post about it.

Posting this here for the list.

    8) NEW - The hireling 'Castle' has a permanent negative level because he is using a chaotic item and his alignment is lawful. (Not WAI? Confirm?)

    - This is also true of Syllix Giantbane

I actually feel that those are WAI as some real players use Litany of the Dead while suffering the negative level. I'm not saying all people do it but the possibility is there.

Giant Skelleton in Reclaiming Memories (IQ island) is unhittable by ray spells (disintegrate, Searing Light etc) they simply pass through him without connecting.
