I started as an exploiter (18 RNG/1 FTR/1 ROG) and a couple of weeks ago I dropped my ROG level for another FTR level so am currently RNG 18/FTR 2. I have some decent gear for only playing 3 months and want to continue using Khopesh's since one is Tier 3 and the other is Tier 2.
I was thinking of going into a "Monster" build but I have not seemed to be able to find the exact build. I am also unsure rather to go FTR 12/RNG 6/ROG 2 or FTR 12/RNG 6/MNK 2. I am pretty certain I want to TR into a WF but otherwise I am open for advice.
After dropping my Rogue level I realize I miss some of the skill set I had. I would like to be able to Open Locks, UMD, and be a trap monkey. I am not sure if that is possible but if I get a link to the build I am sure I will be sorted.
In short I want to have a versatile DPS build but I do not want to lose my Ranger roots as I have some decent gear for a Ranger. I also want to be able to UMD as I plan on using epic Chaosblades. Is the "Monster" build the answer? I have recently talked to some folks that are going to TR into Paladin and Barbarian (from Monster) so I wonder if I am missing something. Any guidance is welcome. Sorry if my post is spotty, it is late and I am a couple drinks into a long night ha-ha! Thanks.
