One reavers run is enough for me but I am happy to run Tor over and over. Tor is nicely designed and fun, Reavers is quite bothersome. Tor feels more like a raid in my humble opinion.

just because you dont like a raid but like another quest, doesnt mean its good to swap them
tor beeing the raid wouldnt make sense storyline wise, as the reaver has the bomb and not the dragons0Love Life of an Ooze: One ooze. Idiot hits ooze. Two oozes.

The same sort of applies to DQ pre-raid and the actual DQ raid. Seemed weird to me that pre-raids are longer and 'tougher' (in a sense) than the actual raids.

You are right, there would have to be some adjustment in the story and add some elements to make it more appropriate to the story.
