How does banning work how far does some one have to go before turbine does some thing?, why dont they ever respond when you report a person for cussing at you ,creating an lfm of players to kill you , in general chat slandering when trying to sell.
When does turbine get involved to stop it?

Do send a PM to Tolero/Tarrant for advice on that matter because all you will get in the forums are rumours, hearsay and false allegations to add to your confusion. True stories similarly cannot be verified so your best bet is to start with someone actually involved (or at least linked) to such a question. I think the Support Staff can help you with that matter.

While I dont condone harrasment ask yourself, Is there something you have done by your actions to have brought this upon you ? Theres always 2 sides to a story and false reporting can get YOU banned. Just my thoughts.

You report the harassment. Then you squelch the player(s). You may never know what happened to them, and you don't need to know. Just don't get suckered into responding in the same manner. Turbine doesn't care who started something, and both sides can end up getting punished, whatever the justification.

In general you report harrassment using the in game reporting tool. If you do it by right clicking on their name you can report them and squelch them in one.
And a GM will never get back to you because its a privacy violation to discuss any disciplinary action taken against another player.
