If Fred is a very ugly and terrible witch, will you let her touch your character's brain?

On their home planet they have a collective of all of their ancestors brain memories which all surviving Mindflayers can tap into and use as knowledge.

Literally millions of years of knowledge are saved and thus can be tapped into at will.

This is why it must be a mindflayer to swap your feats.

In Eberron illithids are officers in the aberration armies of the Daelkyr who warp flesh into interesting things.

They brought beholders and illithids with them when they invaded eberron, but they made things like dolgaunts and dolgrims from the goblinoids of Khorvaire.

Don't be so racist. Judging a race of creature based upon their looks is not very evolved as a human, that is if you are human.

Maybe he is Snirvneblin (sp); they are very racist against Illithid.

Personally, I would much rather let a skilled expert mess with my character's brain than some medieval surgeon with a butter knife... oh wait I get it... You just want some hot young elf to stick her tongue in your ear.

Well look, we love Fred, he gets the job done and does it right. I think it would be awesome if there was a brain sucking animation included.

He's not touching your brain until you tell him what feats you want to change.

So when you have the box up with the feats on both sides, drag it over his body so you don't see him.

Then you won't see him again until you click OK.

@OP: You're far too much into outer appearances. Fred is a nice guy and an expert in what he does. If you don't like him for whatever irrational reasons (some people don't like spiders, though they're so useful and interesting), you can always commit suicide and reincarnate in a different character.
