Critting Build?

Is there a build (class/feat/wep/enhancements etc.) that has a higher than normal chance to land a crit? Or is the difference negligible? Just wanted to add another alt to my growing collection

the improved crit feats and fighter kensai 3 prestige enchancment are the only things i know of (imp crit doesnt stack with keen)

Paladins can get a higher crit chance on some attacks(Smite Evil, Divine Sacrifice) along with the extra multiplier. Barbarians don't get a higher crit chance, but they get a big boost to crit multiplier on some attacks with Frenzied Berserker.

It varies depending on the level of the enhancement. I think it goes something like:

Exalted Smite I: +1 Crit Multiplier
Exalted Smite II: +1 Crit Range
Exalted Smite III: +1 Crit Multiplier
More? Can't remember.

On top of the other bonuses, it is definitely a nice ability to have. I love seeing those 400+ crit smites with my dwarven axe. And when I happen to get a crit smite along with a lightning strike, well, usually things didn't have that many HP left anyway

Exalted Smite IV is another +1 to crit range. However it costs 20 enh pts to get ES IV: 10 for Extra Smite Evil IV (pre-req); another 10 for ES. So most paladin builds I've seen don't take ES IV - too expensive.
