Planning ahead for GS..

I'm planning on making the following GS items, but I wonder if swapping them would be better, or if there is a better alternative.

Greensteel Weave Cloak: Lesser Regen 1/Min, +2 Dex Skills, Radiance I, Greater Fire Guard, Greater Good Guard, Radiance II

Greensteel Weave Boots: 10 HP +1 Con skills, 15 HP +2 Con Skills, Earth Guard I, 20 HP +3 Con Skills, Earth Guard II

I'm wondering if since I run w/ striding boots on if swapping the stats on cloak and boots would be better so I wouldn't be swapping the 45 HP on and off. Also, Radiance2 and Earth Guard2 seem pretty solid since I'm aiming for Corrosive Salt / Disintegration on my DT. Am I wrong? Is there a better option? I am not too thrilled about clickies so the Air haste clicky isn't too appealing to me.

I'd just build a HP cloak.
Boots sound cool, but if you ever plan on running TOD, you'll have to use boots of anchoring, so there's at least one raid you won't get your 45HP's for.

Probably not a deal breaker, but something (imo) to consider.

I agree with Khurse. Just a HP item will suffice. Rad II is nice for Rogue's, but with Holy Aura blinding everything now anyway, it's become a little redundant.

RadII I find quite irritating for epics and stunned blinded mobs warp around.

Just get radiance guard in your DT armor. HP cloak is definitely the way to go. If you have the scales you may want to consider heavy fort/prot 5 since protection 5 usually ends up in your cloak spot.
