Default A Place to take notes

As I am quite new to the game, it may be already the case that the thing I am wishing for already exists.

I'd like to have a place (accessible from inside the game) where I can put some private notes, such as
    • Character Builds, with links to forum
    • Adventure Completions/Status of flaggedness
    • A Nice/Naughty List (i.e. persons I enjoyed pugging with or rather not)

It would be perfectly fine if this was some part of the private area of the forums.

To anticipate the question why I don't take paper notes: I play regularly at two different computers in two different cities.

    1. Copy and paste the links to character builds into Microsoft Word. No shortcuts in-game.
    2. The Adventure Compendium. To check raid timers type /quest.
    3. Your friends list.

Thanks for the ideas, I didn't know the compendium that well yet. But the things you are proposing are three different workarounds for one thing I would like to have. Maybe I should have made clearer that I am not looking for solutions for these three examples but to propose one idea which fulfills these.

Other topics one could want to take notes of are: crafting recepies, things I need to trade.
Using Microsoft Word would be the same as taking physical notes: It's impracticable when working at more that one machine.

    1) The Interactive DDO Guide. I can't find the link. Go search for it.

AA: Thanks for the resources, but I am afraid that's not what I am looking for. I just want one place inside the game where I can take some notes and can access them from any of my characters. Visty's suggestion would be great if I had it in-game.

And another thing regarding the compendium: It doesn't tell you how often you did which diff so far.

YES! I get to suggest this.. none of y'all thought of it. (I'm cool.)

Use your bio! Press "C" to open your Character Sheet, go to "Bio".

I think maybe they need special permission to cross state lines? I would buy really thick yellow paper and hope it passes as cheese which if course is required.

But I won't bother now since someone else has already done it.

I think this is the thing which comes closest, though it might not be the best place to store a list of characters I don't like grouping with. But I can just keep in mind those two names.

Edit: I now found out that it is also possible to make private blog posts, which is the perfect thing to take notes which shouldn't everybody read. Daliyn, thank you/danke schön for that advice. If I could +1 you, I would.
