Okay, I can't log in. it says "a connection attempt failed". I've looked through the knowledge base, unassigned/reassigned firewall exceptions, and have tried for 3 days to find the log notes (clicked every folder in my C: drive, and can find nothing... started with C: Documents (your name) Dungeons and Dragons Online etc.... to no avail).

It was working, then it wasn't. I haven't added/subtracted/moved anything on this PC.

Please help.
