I wonder what originally drove us Europeans to Thelanis? I can`t say I went here for other reasons than knowing that others had started establishing themselves here as well, as well as liking the name..

It can`t just have been the appeal of being close to Legion daily, could it?

73% of the European players will transfer to Thelanis, if given the option. Of course this poll shouldn`t be taken for the full reality here, but still..it seems Thelanis will become even more heavily influenced by Europeans in the near future

It's 73% of the players that still read the CM forums and are willing to vote... which means... almost nothing.
As most of the players still alive don't bother to read/post on CM forums anymore...
A good portion of the players has already at least partially migrated to the US.
And an undefined number of players still play DDO in Europe ( and despite all the doom and gloom there's probably more than 200/300 active players, otherwise CM would have dropped the thing long ago... you can't pay for the GMs, the server, the taxes and so on with 4500€ ( 300*15€ ) per month...

Anyway, for those worried by the potential frog invasion don't worry too much you won't hear/feel/see anything... but we will be there... *grins* ( after all you never noticed me jumping aound )

To answer OP, I'm EU player and come here because a lot of nicest EU players I had been playing with for many years came here. A lot of GREAT guys and girls from EU have come as refugees to Thelanis and I know you will like them a lot!
