His blitz is Horc. This numbers I see, is both Blitz and Monster 34 builds or Monster can be 32 or fighter?

Thoses numbers were for HELF versions.

Blitz is fine, I roll with a few of them and they still do great.

Does this build have any relevance in U14? Dusted it off to flag for Menace but wondering if it's even worth it? What epic destinies would work with this?

Honestly I think it's power has been on a decline for a while. It'll still work fine but their are stronger versions out there. Sadly the devs are pushing 18+ or pure classes for the most part these days.

I have played the two handed version of the build before U14 and it was probably the most powerful melee character i have ever had. What are those stronger versions you are mentioning? I am really interested to see your thoughts on it
