i have a 12/6/2 split of this build and is a pure dex dps'r ... i have weapon finesse and use rapiers and i can get my str atm to 30 or 32 if i remember right without madstone and i've held agro np even against barbs and other high end dps , this is a viable hate tank build and works great with good dps and high ac

as for hate tanking the queen ? who does that ? most just put a high hp character or a high intimidate tank to keep her busy but by no means does the high hp character keep hate , her agro is just crazy in there she just goes after who she wants too...

I just don't get why everyone think that rangers lost so much , there the only class that can get 100% on there off hand procs using twf and they also can get doublestrike chances just like a paly/monk/fighter which some are considered great dps I'd take my ranger's anyday over most of these builds for multiple reasons , they have so many pro's then con's imho
