    I found this:
    +2 Cha, only useful for DR Tanks
    -2 Cha, only penalizes DR tanks

    How this can be true?
    Anyone please explain.

    cha adds to intimidate

    you use intimidate to let the mobs attack you and your DR absorbs that damage
    lower cha = lower intimidate
