Just solo'd sins of attrition on elite and was surprised to see epic fragments drop from monster kills. although the drop rate was horrid, im not sure this is WAI.

Probably based on the observed bug where some mobs in non-epic dungeons get Epic Ward.

If it's only sins elite and the drop rate is horrid, then I'd still rather do an epic quest for the other loot and more shards

well i was only running it on elite fer tomes and large mats ... checked again,,, it was the regular cr 29 trash mobs that did not have epic ward dropping epic fragments.
