Balance Half-Orc Please

So? Let them TR into Half-Orc. How should that affect you in any way? There will still be melee's that will be WF, Dwarf, Human, etc. You don't want Half-Orcs, you don't play Half-Orcs.

Because he also says

I'm just not looking forward to having to do a 2nd TR just because WF might not be top DPS anymore.

I'm guessing he (or she) feels (for some reason) his build will be too gimp to compete unless he has 4 more points of strength?
