Arrow Tolkein's Orcs influenced by pigs...?

While Tolkein as stated the etymoloy of his orcs, he had to have known of the Orkney Islands in North Scotland.

The Orkney Islands (according to Wiki) were named for a Pictish word meaning pig or boar.

I can't help but think that the Picts themselves may have been some influence on his fictional monsters.

The Picts of course played a key role as antagonists in the Robert E. Howard Conan series.
