    Default Getting 2500 Favor

I joined DDO about a month ago and began a Cleric who is now level 17 (haven't dinged him over from 16 just yet...) and I am looking to unlock Favored Soul on the server I play. I am currently at about 1560 favor, so just another 1000 to go. I am going back now to finish some of the lower level quests and was wondering at what level will I need to complete (a majority of) them on to reach 2500 favor (based on the available favor in game). The reason I ask, is that I have no other character to open elite, so I will have to run most of them on hard then elite to max out the favor from each quest. It would obviously cut down my time if I just ran them once on hard and left them, but it's easier to do the same quest twice in a row (since the objectives are fresh in your mind) than do it once, then realize I'm going to be 400 favor short and have to go back and do a bunch of quests. Any insights would be appreciated.

Start a LFM, advertise favor runs no experience, openers needed and see if you can find some people looking to also grind favor to open them up on elite for you.

There's no point in running quests twice for no experience and extremely underleveld loot if you can find a way to just do it once.

Yeah, I guess that's where I was getting at with this post. I haven't tried advertising to others since it has seemed easier to just hop in and start clearing than try to get people together.

I just wasn't sure how much I would need to clear on elite to hit 2500. If mostly hard, with a decent number of elite (especially higher level quests that I do run on elite) would suffice.

I did that on my Sorc to unlock 32 points. I'd just put an LFM up that said "Favor Only, No XP, Elite Opener Needed", many times, someone would just come by open it for me and split.

Thanks, I don't know how I didn't consider they could just join, let me open it and leave... that would make sense and maybe I'll be able to help some others that I see in LFM now. Thanks for the advice!

In most cases they just have to join your group, share the quest, then you can open on elite. I do this alot with friends to avoid having to run the lower quests twice.
