Game issues since July 15th

I have been playing DDO with no issues since mid-June. I have not changed any drivers or installed any new hardware. During the afternoon on July 15 I began to experience the following:

1) Log into the game, sometimes the game appears to not match up with my settings and in game achievements. Examples include, keymap presets default to strandard layout, my guild does not show up. Quitting and logging back in multiple times eventually fixes this issue.

2) Then after logging in, I can join a group and the game acts normally for around 2-5 minutes. Then things go bad, inlcuding:
a) Cannot see damage numbers graphics from hits I am delivering
b) My health bar stops updating, so I have no idea how many current hitpoints I have left
c) Looting chests does not show the contents of the chests and I cannot take any items
d) The quest update window stops updating
e) I can stand still but my character is locked in his combat stance
f) My group completes the quest but I do not receive the experience reward until I log back in

Things that still work while the above is happening include:
g) I can still hear voice chat and I can still type and have conversations with my group
h) I can still damage mobs
i) I can still drink potions to heal myself but the healing effect is not reflected on my hitpoint bar
j) I can still search and find traps and secret doors and I can still open doors and disable traps

3) Completely quiting the game and relaunching fixes everything again for around 2-5 minutes.

4) I have tried all kinds of things to fix these issues, including:
a) Turning down graphic settings
b) Reinstalling the game
c) Monitoring the connection meter
d) Ensuring the DDO firewall settings were correctly set per the instructions on the DDO website.

Any help would be very much appreciated, this has been a very frustrating issue to identify and correct and it would be nice to just be able to enjoy the game again.

For me resetting my router solved all my problems, haven't had any disconnects like that in a month.
