    Default add Mass Hold Monster to list

    The patch for update 5 ... how many bugs did it introduce?
    Mass Hold Monster appears to do nothing now unless you hard target a monster.
    Rage is single-target.
    Prayer, Recitation are caster-only.

    Those are all the same bug.

    Mass hold monster was working fine for me last night.

    I notice that Clerics casting Implosion get +0 on the Spell Penetration... which is what it was like when a FVS cast Implosion back when that class was first added.

    Yep. Casting Mass Hold Monster and Person on the floor without a target does absolutely nothing.
