    Default Dwarf Rogue

    Did search for anything like this without luck, if it exists please post a link to the existing thread (:

    I thought of making a Dwarf (pure) rogue and i wanted to know if it could still be an awesome rogue and maybe even gain benefits from the Dwarf class (cause dwarfs are AWESOME!)
    Thought of being a mix of assasination and mech monkey (mostly mech for group benefits)
    Pure is optional, but would love to go so many rogue levels as possible
    Any suggestions?

    Thought of 14STR,16DEX,16CON,14INT,8WIS,6CHA stats


    EDIT:
    Note to GhoulsTouch (and everyone else), i dont have 32 build and i cant afford tomes either so im low on resource

    I don't have an assasin but I do have a Dwarf acrobat (q-staffs, traps, Umd, 65+AC) 13rog/6mo/1ftr. He's a great utility build and very survivable.

    +1 for doing it Dorf style!

    Dorf ftw =D

    But acrobat doesnt sound bad either, but i also thought of maybe going 2 lvls of ranger to get both Dex enhancement, no UMD on some awesome wands and martial weapons (which unlocks Daxe)

    Rogue and Ranger dexterity are mutually exclusive, you can't have both. 13/6/1 rogue/monk/fighter would get you everything but wands, which you can just UMD. 28 is almost impossible to NOT get at 20, and fairly easy to hit at level 10 or so.

    EDIT: going through your stats, I'd bring int down to 12 and cha up to 8, and possibly dex to 15 and cha to 9 if you have a +2 dex tome.

    I made a dwarf rogue assasin build.I call him The Hitman He's geared towards doing a lot of dps and is str based.Hes not pure class though.He's 18 rogue 2 fighter. Right now without any raid loot or crafted gear hes looking at a 32 str and over 400 hp. i think his dd and search and **** is hovering at 50 with a +13 item.

    He's also got a 36 umd which will be a 41 when im done with him.Very fun character to play.

    I started him:
    18 str
    15 dex
    14 con
    12 int
    6 cha gotta love the ugly dwarves
    8 wis

    his reflex for evasion i think is around a 36 right now.He has all the GTW feats ,think two toughness feats,umd focus,power attack,and oversized TWF.Up untill about lvl ten this build can be a front line mellee.Once you hit past level ten its time to put a little finesse into it and start practicing agro managment.Trust me youll draw a lot of agro As im new to rogues ,this being my first one, im still working on my agro management :P Overall im very satisfied with this build and would recomend a dwarf rogue to anyone

    And if the name The Hitman is already taken on a different build, as i dont read builds ever, you can call him whatever makes you happy :O

    * edit just seen the build obove mine.Do not use a sheild or great axe with my build please !! Either duel weilding dwarven axes or kopesh and by shroud time craft a radience rapier and a min 2 da or khopesh ty

    If im right then the monk would be for Ninja Spy?
    Oh and remember that taking 1 from dex will give 2 points so if i bring cha to 9 then ill have 1 point to spend, throw it in cha for 10? Also is cha used for anything else than skills (UMD etc.)

    It's used for skills that manage aggro i.e. bluff, intimidate, diplomacy.

    Here is one that you can either use Dwarven Axe and Shield or Great Axe with. It isn't pure though. If you dont want the chance to draw unwanted aggro you can drop the two handed feats for something else and just do the axe sheild thing. BTW you can't take both ranger and rogue dex enhancements.
