Question Do Mugs of Cocoa Work During "Off Season"?

Just wondering if anyone tried using a mug of hot cocoa from the last ice games, before the current ice games started.

With no other method of teleporting to the harbor, these could be somewhat useful in the "off season". Granted, they cost TP- but they're dirt cheap. If they continue working year-round, I'd drop 100TP for 100 of them to save me some time when heading to the Inspired Quarter.
    Have a nice day!

Yes, they work off season. They're slightly more convenient than Word of Recall scrolls.

Very good points. Can you use them to teleport out of a quest?
