    Default Valenar Elf Melee Damage

This wasn't in the patch notes, but if the description is accurate, tier I now gives +2 damage to falchions, and tier II +4 damage! Hooray for my elf using falchions!

The Dwarven Line was also changed to grant +2 Damage with a Great Axe (while remaining +1 for everything else)

I guess this is part of the changes to make the gap smaller between thf and twf

    Thumbs up

I like. The dwarf+GA and elf+Falchion bonuses both make a lot of sense.

I still don't get how I can swing a great big blade around and around and have a chance of not hitting things (unless the thing gets stuck in a trog's head and you have to spend a few seconds pulling it out), but at least that also means I'm not accidentally hitting fellow party members.
    Goe ahed... korekt mah spelin'.

One of the biggest drawbacks in THF vs. TWF is static damage gains, which apply doubel to TWF and only once to THF. This seems like a change meant to help balance that out.

So you suppose future updates will start tweaking things such as Weapon Specialization as well (+2 to 1handed slash weapons, +3 to 2handed slash weapons for example)? My THF Fighter would be stoked if this were true!
