checking favor (hit P to quit NOW!) bug?

so, any one know how to fix this?
I log in on my account, load game, select any of my 5 toons, load the world, 1st thing I want to do it hit my P button and check what favor I should aim for today, I hit P, game closes and windows reports the game has crashed and is looking (not with any success) for a solution.

after a few tries, my mate who also plays DDO came to visit me, he logs in, he hit's P and see's his favor fine...

any help on this?
as for an error log of it, the game shuts down so fast that the file is the same before and after the crash so the log does not get updated at all

also tried on my laptop and my other computer, result, no crash from hitting P
