item/skill description

when i started to play this game i could see the item/skill descriptions when i moved my mouse over them but now i dont get anything how can i fix this

Check to make sure you have Tooltips turned on in your options...I sometimes have trouble with tooltips as well...usually they worked for me, sometimes not though.

Be glad you can actually get online today at all...nobody was able to tell me anything about the error I was having ( http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=263527 ) so about 6 hours ago I gave up, uninstalled, and started a fresh download...which is about 50% completed...it should finish downloading about midnight my time, so I can try to start it patching and MAYBE have it ready to play by tomorrow morning.
