Yes, because it is possible to release a complex software product with no flaws.

I'm sure one day some company will manage it. I hear that's what held up Duke Nukem Forever so long.

It's thoughtful displays of customer appreciation like this that really make being a program developer worth it all.

    Thanks guy!

    Have a nice day!

I can see that the humour was completely lost to both of you

Sorry, still see no humour there... guess it really was lost on me if that is an attempt at a joke.

I think it's more so because the joke wasn't funny. At all.

This is the way software development goes. As humans, none of us are perfect. And computers do not have the luxury of stopping to make a judgement call with things get messy as we can. Computers have to follow the code line per line.

Until you have a perfect being doing the coding, it is unlikely that you'll every have a 100% bug-free piece of code. Still, they will probably work on "fixing it" today, and over the next week or so.

+1 for the SNL YouTube link, and a hell of a laugh, though.

If you don't find SNL funny, there is something more wrong with you then just your humour :P

i didnt even watch, just trying to be smartass, but saying we all have similar taste when it comes to things being funny or not kinda raises revolting feeling in me.

believe me, things that are seriously funny to ones can be quite opposite for others.

ps. i just had to pick on this, simply hate when such absolutes are proclaimed, yes there may be something wrong with me, and every 2nd person, even if the subject thinks hes normal

Edit: did watch it, maybe in some very rare situation it would be funny, right now left me pretty indifferent

I always though those who found SNL funny were the ones with something wrong with more than just their humor.

Stupidity is not funny...it's just plain stupid.

    SNL is funny.

Your "joke" was not. Including someone else's funny clip does not make your posting funny.

Meh. I get your attempt at humor, but today's SNL just isn't that funny. Consequently, your post wasn't very funny either. Give me Mr. Robinson's neighborhood with Eddie Murhpy or Point/Counterpoint with Dan Aykroyd and Jane Curtain any day. Don't know what has happened with SNL, it's just not the same as it used to be in the good ole' days.

It's pretty easy to miss non-existent humor.

Only the weekend update is currently funny in SNL these days, in my opinion.

They've run out of ideas for everything else, but it's easy to make a joke out of news.

I didn't get the joke either. Op, mind explaining it to the people here (myself included) the joke? Some of us really don't get it and at this point, I'm just really curious what was so funny.
In case you didn't already notice, my posts that end with must NEVER EVER, under any circumstances, be taken seriously.
