    Default Ingridient/Gem Bags

So today in the DDO store, there are sales on all Huge Bags and of which I snatched up a collectable bag at the first chance I got because my inventory has been overflowing with random collectables. However, I currently have a medium gem bag and a medium ingredients bag and I'm wondering if I should upgrade these as well. I haven't really been struggling with space for those items, but not sure what end game is like as this is my first character and I'm only level 16.

I know these bags are bound to character, so I'd rather not waste the TP buying them if they're not very necessary as I will probably be starting a new 32 point character once I get to 20.

You'll get a Large Ingredient Bag from the Twelve patron when you have enough favor from the Twelve, so I wouldn't pay out for a Large Ingredient Bag. Also, a large and a small gem bag is usually enough if you click the Sell Gems button after every quest or two. I just sell all gems whenever I go to a tavern to repair my equipment and that usually works out fine for me.

The Large Collectibles Bag is the only one that I would actually consider buying with TP or gold on the Auction House.

Thank you for the reply PopeJual. I'll stick with my small/medium gem bag then and wait to get my large ingredient one from the twelve. Exactly what I needed to know.

Small Bags of any kind are worthless. Medium bags can be bought in game. Large Bags are ultra Rare and crazy expensive on the AH. As previously mentioned you can get a free large ingredient bag fro mthe Twelve.

A Huge Collectables Bags in my opinion is absolutely priceless.

If you want to take a gamble on the future use of Gems in crafting or anything like that, a Huge Gem Bag may be worth it, but If not, and you press the sell gem button regularly when you repair or are inthe tavern, you don't need a large or huge Bag. A Medium might be a nice investment if you have some spare plat you can spare.

See my New and Improved Definitive Collectables Thread, the first post mentions where you can buy Medium bags, and their approximate price.

I bought medium collectible and ingredients bags. I put those small bags in my bank,
and transfer the collectibles used in crafting, and any ingredients I don't need to
carry around (scarabs, motes, and recipes) in the small bags until they are needed.
I have never found it necessary to carry anything except the small gem bag.
Also, the wide quiver is useful for soaking up ammo, even if you don't use a bow,
you just need to remember to transfer its contents back to inventory before selling.

Personally, I wouldn't spend TP on anything that is for a specific character - all that
    stuff can be acquired in-game.

You get larges for free from the guy in marketplace for 150 shards, and you get shards running hound and VoD, generally about 5-10 per, so I wouldn't be a in a rush to get huge bags unless you actually need them, although they are quite nice.
