    Default Risia Ice games Stats

I only cash coins in at the Harbor. You could cash in at House P. I cash coins in Instance 1 always.

Usual caveats apply. In no way am I inferring that my results will be the same as your results. I am sure you all will get more recipe 5s than I do per 100 coins.

For those of you that notice the percentages do not add up to 100 it is because on rare chances, three white coins can give you two rewards. Two blue coins can give you three rewards. Also, I am not listing all the rewards for time savings. When I come back from vacation I wil list it all for completeness.

+1 nice data set. It also answers my question about blue/purple coins and #2.
The problem is never how to get new, innovative thoughts into your mind, but how to get old ones out. Every mind is a building filled with archaic furniture. Clean out a corner of your mind and creativity will instantly fill it.

    Default Updated the stats

This gives a better statistical representation.

I have turned in 2211 White Coins for 737 rewards. The most common item I received was recipe 3 at 7.46%. For every 300 white coins I turned in(100 rewards) I received almost 7 and 1/2 recipe 3s per 100 rewards.

I have turned in 2206 Blue Coins for 1103 rewards. The most common item is Recipe 15 at 9.70%. Which means, for every 200 blue coins I turned in(100 rewards) I was given recipe 15 nearly 10 times.

I have turned in 363 Purple Coins for 363 rewards. The most common item is a Potion of Chill Shield at 11.29%. This means for every 100 purples I turned in I received a little over 11 Chill Shield potions each time. Potions were the MOST common item I received when cashing in purple coins.

The percentages of Recipe 4 and recipe 5 have gone DOWN drastically since I started this time cashing in.

Also, the rate of return of recipe 4 and recipe 5 has gone down since February. February I received more recipes 4 and recipes 5 than I did in April. In April I received more recipes 4 and recipes 5 than I am now.

Default Today was a good day for recipes

The purples and blues were both above average.

I survived the scary events in 2009, 2010, and 2011. 2011 did not reward those that played by the rules.

Default Updated purple coin stats today

I turned in 342 purples, which almost doubled the amount of purples cashed but I went from 14 recipe 5s to 37 recipe 5s.

I was getting hammered by Jack Frostbite when I cashed 163 purples and only received 4 recipe 5s so I quit turning them in. Glad I did.

Jack was much nicer today after the hotfix was in place.

    Default updated Blues and whites

    3,609 white coins = 1,203 rewards

    3,658 blue coins = 1,829 rewards

The larger my data becomes the more accurate the percentages become.

The numbers have not really changed much from the first games in February and the second games in April. Now we have the third game in July, so there should be a 4th games in October at this rate. I just made that up, but the frequency of the games has hugely devalued any uniqueness from the event.

Good for new players. Not sure of what most of the veteran players feelings are on the games, but I find the frequency is a bit too much.

    Default Almost final numbers

I am done jumping and cashing in.

I am off on an exotic vacation. Should be cool. Family is excited.

I did not write down the final number of recipe 4s on the last batch of purple coins. With me giving away some, using some, selling some, sending recipes that I had from other characters the recipe 4 number would just be wrong. And I was doing so good without messing up until that final one. Try again in October I guess.

The good news is, I was worried Jack Frost would stiff me on recipe 5.

The first 80 coins I turned in jack gave me TWO recipe 5s. The next 255 purple coins he gave me 19 recipe 5s. Add that up and that is over a 6% rate of return on the purples.

When I come back I will list all my numbers for potions, scrolls, and wands.

To those who sent me twigs thanks!! I hope you enjoy the Snow Elemental gems I sent back.

Default Final Stats on all Ice Game Rewards

The numbers have been roughly the same for all three ice games.

I added in the other potions, the scrolls, and the wands. The only thing that I messed up on was the last recipe 4s from the last batch of purple coins.

On my vacation I saw the Mayan ruins of Tulum, swam with whale sharks, swam in cenotes, para-sailed, and had a blast.

You swam with whale sharks? I am soooo jealous! All I see around here are flounder, sea ravens and lobsters (ok, those I catch and eat)

How deep did you go in a cenote?

    Default Swimming with whale sharks

We are probably 30 miles offshore from Cancun, maybe a little further. We are somewhere between Cancun and Cuba. You know you are far out when you cross the shipping lanes.

No worries, these fish were only around 30 - 40 feet long. A few were longer than our boat.

I think they reduced the Recipe #5 drop rate this time.

Have now turned in 689 purple coins, got 22 Recipe 5/20 (3.19% drop rate).

Default I have not cashed in purples yet

I just started cashing today though.

I did not jump the first three days, and I just started jumping yesterday.

I am starting a new thread for December 2010 stats.
