    Default advice

    Some advice for puggers:

Join a Shroud LFM only if you are in Meridia, or can teleport yourself there.

Don't join then say "oh, I gotta make the run, brb" especially if you're the last spot to be filled. That really grinds my gears.

It bothers me more when they are early to join and wait until the party is full to say "oh BTW, I need a ride."

I joined a PuG ealrier... One FvS asked about 5 tiem sin party chat if he could get a ride from the Sub from one of the 2 casters or the bard in the group. Silence.. Nothing.. Ask again, silence.. Nothing.. Finally after a few people spoke up someone went and got the guy..... Needless to say I was out of there, it wasn't going to go well... And yes of course that run went awesome, so I heard in tell after tell from someone else in the party.... It was a rather fast 1 hour and 20 minute run with a perfect execution style 4 round part 2... Of course there were some dead casters....

You forgot part three where one person couldn't do thier puzzle without help so it was, of course, a FAIL... recall!!

Quick question, ive been building a Tukaw, with my sorc lvl only being 16 at cap i wont have WOTB.

With the already tight caster space in the shroud do you think i will get hate/have a hard time getting in?

It was never an issue on my main caster as he's pure.

I always thought my tukaw would be welcome as a haster that can actully contribute to DPS, the WOTB issue never even came to mind.

Its not going to affect me either way i suppose, i play for fun and run with people that play for fun and like my charicter for what it is, but im just curious as pugs will be pugs.

Also i just kind of wonder what the community thinks my job would be in the shroud as a tukaw? Its a very fun build that can do alot, but my DCs are junk so caster stuff gets dicy.

The FoM... I'm not even sure what that's for in shroud to be honest nor which item would handle compensating for it.

DW is usually for the kobold's vorpal and I can say from experience its handy when dealing with him if he gets lucky
He said 'besides' those things, as in, people should reasonably expect those buffs. FOM is because Arraetrikos spams mass hold, and has since the release of DDO: Unlimited.

If you need any other buff for shroud 4, you really are pretty incompetent. He's talking about gh/heroes feast/poison, stuff people should be bringing themselves.

Is there a reason posters from other servers always babble like fools in Ghallanda threads?

This sounds like my most recent Shroud run, of course the fact that I was joining a PUG at 2 AM because i couldn't sleep may have been a "Trouble Ahead" indicator.

After the leader described the approach for Phase 2, i.e., don't go through the middle, run around the sides, gather in the SW corner, pull Lieutenants after trash dead etc., we jump into the portal. At around the teen-to-fifteen second mark we hear, "No, stop, don't go in there!", then "Bosses are pulled, incoming".

The guy who pulled them out, responded, "Sorry, I couldn't avoid them, they were there waiting for me!" And he was level 20.

We eventually made it to Phase 3 before throwing in the towel and, while painful at the time, it's amusing to look back on.
