    Default TR 3 player party

    Hi

Me and my two friends is planing to TR.
But we dont really know too what classes, or builds we should make for a good 3 player party.

No healer, sence we will be using hirelings. For bigger quests and raids we will of course join or create real groups (no hirelings).

At the moment we are two Barbarians and a Fighter, all using great axes as our main weapons and all has a own cleric hireling. This combo workes well when there is no traps, no runes and not to many enemy debuffers, which means like 50% of the quests is doable.

Our new set of heroes has to be more balanced.
Here is what we have come up with:

Sorc: For crowed controll, spell DPS, and buffs
Big F'n Stick: Trapmonkey, Melee DPS. Build can be found here http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=158960
Intimi/Tank: Tanking, Melee DPS. Build can be found here http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php...65#post1344965

    Now for my questions:
Do you think this team will work?
Are they wanted in Epic groups/raids?
If you dont like the team, which one of them do we have to change? And to what?

Thank you for your time and help

A static group with a dedicated healer will generally move a little faster than one without. You can make it work, but I don't see why not fill a core role. Someone doesn't want to play a FvS/Cleric? They freaking dominate. You'll be much more able to 3 man all quests (without hirelings so as to not aggravate dungeon scaling).

A melee based battle cleric would work well with your little group I think and still give that player a feeling of active physical combat (I still think offensive casters are more beneficial).

Or all play WF and let the sorc throw some reconstructs now and then.

    Could try an exploiter http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=168687

or a clonk type build http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=164323

I have a variation of the exploiter with fighter instead of monk. It is fun to play and can get most traps.

Roll up warforged. Your sorc now triples as party healer, and all around awesome.
    Beaker is self-centered.

    Thanks for the alternatives wildemage.

I have never played a Epic quest, so im wondering will just about any build do in there?
Or should me and my friends aim for something special? Like high AC, pick drow instead of WF for higher CHA on the sorc and so on?

    post edit:

All 3 warforged builds. It'll be a glorious route through **** near any quest in the game with the arcane healing, rogue skills and melee dps.

Not a compliment. I was merely fixing your statement to more accurately reflect your intended meaning, so as to avoid confusion amongst those who don't know how much you love Beak the Barbarian.
