Default Is my fighter worthless now?

    Hello,
I am comming back to DDO now...have not been here in alittle over a year and ALOT has changed.
I have a lvl 13 ftr. and want to know if he is a lost cause.
He's a Choatic Neutral Dwarf fighter lvl 13.
    Base stats:
    Str: 21 unbuffed hp: 316
    Dex: 10
    Con: 18
    Int: 8
    Wis: 8
    Cha: 6

    Feats: (in no particular order)
    Cleave,GWF,GWS,Imp. Crit slashing,ITHF,Power atk,Power crit,quickdraw,thoughness,THF, Wep Focus slashing,Wep Spec

As far as the skill pts go..... i have 20 in jump....( I have noooo idea what the hell I was going for hear )

I'm pretty sure i'm gonna get some people scratching their heads saying *** was he thinking.....But I just want to know if there is a way to save him...short of rerolling.....if i have to....then i have to. *shrugs*

    thank you all in advance.

Nothing really wrong wtih that character, those are all pretty save choices.

Cleave isn't all that great by most folks standards but I like it on some characters.

You should probably re-do your enhancements to get the kensai prestige enhancement and note what feats you need to take that to the third tier. You already have the most or all of the feat requirements so you are good to go.

Jump is nice to have. You may want to stop at 20 and take some balance.

    Thank you Sigtrent. Very appriciated.
Should I continue the fighter line to 20 or should/could I multiclass to take advantage of other class skills/feats?
    Thanx again for the help.

Go to fighter 20 and you really can't go wrong on a THF. Fighter 18 is when you can get Kensei III and you get the capstone at 20.

I'd lose power critical and take stunning blow. A Kensei dwarf should be able to land that very regularly.

And I agree on starting to take balance.

    Default Power Critical

I know Power Critical reads like an awesome feat, but it's actually quite lame. All it does is add +4 to the follow-up roll for *confirming* a crit, does not expand your critical threat range the way Improved Critical does. Character looks pretty good tbh

There is one problem with this character. You have taken several fighter feats as your regular feats. Later on you will run out of decent feats and will have to take trash with your fighter bonus feats.

I wish I realized that beforehand...but yes you are right....Gonna try and lvl him and see how things go.

Just an idea....what about going to ftr 14 and the rest in barb? Get some pretty good rage abilities and more HP through the barb enhancements. with barb I can also get 3 skill pts instead of 1 skill point per lvl. I thought I also read that barbs get extra damage with T-handed weapons.

Thanx again for all the insight. Very much appriciated.

you can earn a lesser reincarnate in game, either the easter egg chase or something else i forget or just buy it from the DDO store (on sale 20% off right now)

that will allow you to rebuild your character from scratch, just use DDO char builder to spec yourself out ..you can search for that here on the forums and download it.
