Festivult Jester - tip for turning in coins

For those of you turning in massive quantities of coins, here's a little tip to make it go faster.

First, make sure you only have coins in your inventory you want turned in. If you want to save your gold, and just turn in copper or whatever, make sure the gold coins aren't in your inventory.

Talk to the Jester. Instead of clicking on your responses, press CTRL-F1 on your keyboard. If you keep spamming CTRL-F1, you will turn in coins extremely rapidly. This will continue for many turn-ins, probably 20 or 25, and then the Jester shuts you down, and you have to talk to him again.

By the way, this works for all dialogue boxes in the game. If you want to select the first response in a list, use CTRL-F1; to choose the second response, it's CTRL-F2, etc.

Oh...two more things.

1) Your coins are not safe in your collectables bag. If you trade, the jester will take the coins straight out of your bag. So, to protect denominations you don't want to turn in, keep them in the bank.

I vote for the same changes they made to Grease. We should be able to set them on fire and throw them at targets.

I like it! It can be the next crafting mechanic. Rogues have their grenades. Any class should be able to do similar crafting. Bundle together some twigs and something flammable (tasty ham oil?) and you've crafted some manner of firebomb.

Yeah, and while yer at it, add a new summon monster spell for a bundle of 100 twigs called "Summon St. Nick" where a giant bearded shows up with huge dps with a switch.

And combine them with the Coal to give it a lasting effect.

Another suggestion for turning in large number of coins is to make your inventory as clear as possible. I filled mine up in the middle of a turn in, and that bank is so far to walk too...

Twigs were designed to be annoying. They served no other purpose for 3 years but to annoy you. That's why they don't stack. Some dev then thought it would be funny to take something annoying everyone threw out and make it useful for one minor purpose.

Yeah, but that's why I feel compelled to keep at least a few now, and I wish they stacked.

Click to the point of turn in.
Put the mouse over his top text, such that the "arrow selector" for the text screen is always on the top one of "do you have more for me" or whatever it is.
Hit enter until Jester closes. Note if you hit it to fast such that lag occurs and you hit enter without a jester window up, jester will close also.
