What could be causing this problem? How do I fix it?

I can make characters, log in, walk around, and see everything. I can even do this on higher graphics settings and everything gets prettier. But even on the lowest settings possible, I still get these weird malfunctions every time I try to open certain menus. I try to open my items menu, equipment, favor, etc, etc and A black box appears where the menu should be with multicolored lines waving through it. No matter what I do.

I'm running an AMD Athlon(tm) XP 1900+, ~1.5GHz with 960mb RAM, Windows XP, and a GeForce4 MX Integrated GPU.

If there any PC or Game setting I can tweak to fix this?

I'd post a screenshot, but I haven't used anything approaching HTML to link a photo in a forum in...give or take ten years.

I used to have a GeForce 4 MX on my old PC. I never played DDO on that one, but it did cause some graphic issues in certain games (such as Half-Life 2). Before I replaced the PC altogether, I'd already switched to a different card (a GeForce 5 FX, not that it was that much better).
