MP Freezing/Crashing

Hi Guys, my first forum post. Apologize if I am violating protocol. I am new to the game and my computer keeps freezing up in Misery Peak, especially when the ice spiders appear. I have tried to complete it about 5-6 times over the course of three days and it freezes the moment the spiders start spawning. I have an AMD 4000 w/ 2g ram, and I have pretty much adjusted every setting under graphic and troubleshooting options, with no change. I put it back to default options. I tried defragmenting the game file using Game Booster to no avail. Any thoughts - thx in advance.

I uninstalled, defraged C drive, and reinstalled. It ran great today. Maybe this will help someone else. Bye All
