Ventrilo Overlay

Greetings;

My guild uses Ventrillo for voice communication. However, the Ventrilo overlay does not appear when I have DDO in fullscreen mode. I do see the overlay when I am in either windowed mode or have DDO minimized. How can I get the overlay to display while in fullscreen mode?

I am using Vista 64 bit and the latest version of Ventrilo for Vista 64bit.
