    Default Want to change to F2P for currently inactive account

    Hi,

    I haven't played for a while.
    The Subscription management pages shows me as "premium"
    I would like to swap to a F2P account, I can't see an option for this though, only options to sign up using my CC again.

    I'm obviously missing something and so far only info I've found was to downgrade an active VIP account to F2P.

    Thanks in Advance for any help.

    Premium is an enhanced version of Free play for anyone who has previously subscribed or purchased points. If you have Premium status, there is no charge. You can simply log in and play free.

    Great, Thanks for the reply, I suspect something else is the issue then as I'm getting an error trying to log in.

    "Resource string for token "WorldList.LastPlayed.Years" could not be found.

    and a whole bunch of "at System.Environment.GetStackTrace(Exceptions):
    and variations, I shall try the tech forum..

    Victorie,

    I hope this makes it to you, but I think you have some incorrect information for 'buybacks' for the P2P section. I looked in my buyback tab and I KNOW I have more than 10 tabs. As P2P, I have about 40 slots for the 'buyback' option, since I have 2 pages worth of it, and each page has 20 items.

    When you get the chance, could you have someone fix that typo please?

    knightgf, I'm sorry, but I'm not sure where this incorrect information appears. Therefore I do not know who to pass the feedback along to. If it is in-game, please submit a bug report. If it is somewhere else, if you can provide a link, I can pass along the feedback.
