Is there a Stoeskin wand that allows for bards? All I can find on AH are for Wiz and Sorc.
Where can I find them if they are out there?

Stoneskin is not a bard spell, but bards usually have great UMD and can use them without fail.
Heal/Reconstruct (UMD 40) scrolls are a major source of healing for a bard (esp. with 75% amplification enhancement for 192HP a pop).* Naola - Naolah - Naolam - Naolas - (Trance - Indlev - Aloan) * - Cannith
