    There are a number of good WF rogue 2 / wizard 18 builds out there (like this one or this one). Rogue 2 adds quite a bit to your survivability, namely rogue skills (need something to spend all your skill points on!) and Evasion. But it's not hard to adapt them to pure wizard if you prefer.

    I'm partial to the 17/2/1 with the 1 being Barbarian. Sprint Boost is a drug, but at least it's free...

    I agree with the stats from Hobgoblin. Those are what you should use.

    I disagree a bit on the feats. I'd take Insightful Reflexes earlier. Enlarge isn't worth a feat, IMO. Get Mental Toughness instead. The extra spell points on a wizard are more useful than the rare occasion you'll really want Enlarge.

    28 point WF build:

    18 Int
    as much Con as you can afford
    a point or two in Str or Cha

    32 point WF build:
    18 Int
    As much Con as you can afford
    a couple of points in Str or Con.

    If that is to be a pale master, don't you think you took greater focus a tad late?

    I'd do exactly the same as you would do for the 32 point build. You just have 4 fewer ability points with which to do it.

    32 point Warforged build

    Str = leftover points here or in Cha
    Dex = 8
    Con = 18
    Int = 18
    Wis = 6
    Cha = 6

    Str = leftover points here or in Cha
    Dex = 8
    Con = 16
    Int = 18
    Wis = 6
    Cha = 6
