1. i want to change paladin enhancements, they are too weak
So you basically don't know how Paladins work, do you.
2. i want to change the effects while defending with a shield.....i want my tower shield to defend me from magic missiles, regardless if i have a shield buff or not
Magical effects block magic. Get a Nightshield clickie.
3. i want more originality from paladin spells, almost all spells are derived from cleric spells......except zeal and holy sword(**** spells)
...Paladins are a divine fighting class. They get divine spells. In fact, they get divine spells Cleric don't even have. What more do you want?
4. i want alignment based enhancements(lawful good = paladin "anti evil enhancements") lawful evil = "anti good enhancements"(death knight enhancements if u like to call it)
There is no such thing as a Paladin that is anything but Lawful Good. That's how the D&D Lore works, and that's how the Eberron lore works.
5. i wish that all new characters can select evil alignments............it will make a paladin more useful in pvp
Sorry, that'd require creating a whole new game. Like City of Villains. Possible, yes. Waste of resources? Yes.
6. hunter of the dead and knight of chalice sucks........change that into a more useful enhancements
Knight of the Chalice is the exact opposite of suckage. Hunter of the Dead is bad, but has its uses, so it doesn't suck. You literally don't know what you're talking about.

This is Eberron, not Warcraft. Defenders have to move carefully. That's how they work.
10. shields must also block not only ranged or melee damage but also magic, apply the damage reduction on all kinds of spells..........

Balancing PVP would break PVE. Maybe you don't understand this, but in 95% of MMOs, WoW included, PVP is nothing more than a diversion from PVE, which is the main game. Incidentally, the 5% of MMOs that are PVP focused tend to suck immensely.
admit it, u like Wow because of the killing pvp thing and also Warhammer for its famous RVR.......i want ddo to have that same intensity (players are born to pawn other players, ur no player if ur pawning some noobcrap boss or kobolds.....sheesh)

PVP has never been a large part of D&D. Granted, on the table-top it's possible to actually backstab your allies, but that will quickly get you killed by their combined might. You'd probably be banned from playing the game with them, too. D&D has been primarily and always a co-op game, and DDO is no different. Tavern Brawling is already stretching the rules
