The Silent Warriors are recruiting for our guild on the Argonnessen server. We are the DDO arm of a gaming group that has guilds in several other games, including Allods Online, Runes of Magic and LOTRO.

The Silent Warriors Code of Conduct

If you're going to be inactive for fourteen or more days you must inform either an Admin or post in the AFK thread or both. This will prevent you from being booted from the roster. We do understand things come up and if you are booted you can state your case to an Admin, it will be at their discretion to allow you back in or not and their word is final.
TSW is an organization made up of gamers of the same interests. Everything we do benefits the team in some way, shape or form. Only through each other are we able to achieve the success that we have, because we all follow a code of conduct, and we make sure others are following it as well.

In TSW, we do not stand for anyone putting someone else down. We don't brag, make fun of, or tolerate swearing of any kind towards your fellow gamers. All we ask is if you are on our server you respect these principles for what they are. We have these principles because they are needed for any type of organization to function. Having these rules or principles, allows us to make a decision based on what has already been set down before.

Being in a clan, team, squad or organization of any type, is always an honor and a privilege that gives that person a sense of acceptance. No matter how big or how small, we give them the same respect. We expect all of our members to show the same amount of respect to their fellow gamers as they themselves would require from others.

Just because someone cannot get into one of these organizations, doesn't mean they are a bad player. It just means that they, for that time being, are not what that particular organization is looking for. Not being in a particular organization opens up a new opportunity for a new one to form, or to join in another.

We don't discriminate in any way, shape or form. We ask that if someone is trying out, that they bring their best, and leave nothing behind. You're not only trying to show us that you are good, but to prove it to yourself as well.

2. No Foul, Degrading, or Racist Remarks allowed
3. Do Not Spam Chat
4. Maturity is a plus
5. No Cheating, Cheat Scripts, Map Exploits or Hacks Of ANY Kind
6. No Arguing with or Impersonating an Admin
7. Do Not Disrupt The Game Server In Any Way
8. Support the Admins and Other Community Members
9. DO NOT PESTER ADMINS OR OFFICERS

The Silent Warriors Promotions

Skill level has nothing to do with promotions. Maturity has everything to do with it. We would rather have someone who can barely play, is a lot of fun and carries with them a sense of integrity, than someone who is UBERLEET and acts immature.

In holding ourselves to a higher standard of conduct, we lead by example and it is more likely you will be kicked or banned for rule breaking than someone who hasn't joined the forums.

Getting promoted also has nothing to do with time in the clan. We cannot stress this enough. It is the effort you put into the servers and the contributions you make to the clan.

Some factors we look at include:

1.Your playing time in the game and love of the game.
2.Your maturity and ability to make the correct decisions in the game. (Are you ready to help out when needed, or do you instead just say "Ask in zone"?)
3.Your forum activity - Do you contribute to the clan outside of playing the game? (Some members are promoted only on game time and not on forum activity. People are rarely promoted based on forum activity alone.)
4.Location - We might promote Hawaiians, Brits, Euro's and Aussies a bit quicker since we need admin coverage in off hours.
5.Donations do not guarantee a promotion, but they do get you noticed. People who donate are mentioned in the news, allowing others to learn your name quicker and so might watch to see if you meet the 5 above requirements a little quicker than someone who did not make the news.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DONATE TO BE PROMOTED.

The Admin and Officers are always watching to see who is ready. We also listen to what other clan members think about a player.

The best way to NEVER get promoted is "ASKING FOR A PROMOTION". Just play and have fun.

The Silent Warriors Communication

Get TS3, Steam or X-Fire. You will be able to contact admins, Officers and other Members that are online through these programs.

We also have a Private Messaging system (PM) for this site. Also, if you used a valid email account in your profile, you will be notified of new PM's. You will also hear "New Private Message" when you go to the forums and you have a new PM.

The Silent Warriors have many ways to stay updated on current happenings within the guild itself. We have Facebook, MySpace, Steam Group, X-Fire group and a Gametracker group, please use them to your advantage and to help promote our community.
