Question about wizard splash and UMD

Hi, i have an arcane archer with 1 level of wizard and am wondering if i have 1 rank in UMD will it add my UMD score (items + charisma mod + ranks) to my ability to use wizard scrolls of level 2 and above?

At the moment i have an 85% to activate an invisibility scroll and am wondering how to get that up a bit.

yes, the items (there are no items with really large bonuses like for any other skill), cha mod and any buffs get added to your UMD

but a scroll of a level 2 spell has a UMD DC of 22. you got those 85% because you have 1 level of wizard, not because of your umd. to increase that chance to 90% you'd need to reach a UMD of 19 (a rolled 1 and 2 are fails, 3 or more is a success) which is pretty much impossible with only 1 rank in UMD and without a lot of charisma.
