    Default Upgrading to VIP

    A friend of mine is looking to upgrade to VIP. They have a DDO account and can not seem to find a way to upgrade without supplying a Product Key. How do they get around this?

    The product key space is always there, in case you want to add a second subscription or other Turbine game.

    To upgrade, they need to click the red "Get Unlimited Access" button, enter a payment method, pick a subscription plan and agree to the Terms of Service. If they need any more help than that, please have them contact the Account Management department directly.
