The Tide Turns does belong there. It was intentionally added there, and is mentioned in the patch notes. No, it's not a raid. Last I checked though, the command to show completions was "/quest completions", and not /raid completions.

It was added because that quest now has an end reward table based on number of completions (Special reward table every 3), in a similar manner to the raids also tracked by that command (every 20).

The tide turns thing is annoying, but livable.
However, the adding of quests which a) Were not run on epic, and b) Don't even HAVE epic available to the /quest list is really annoying.
It would also be good if epic quests did not run 2 timers...one for when the quest finished, and another for when you talked to the quest giver.Kobold sentient jewel still hate you.
