i was playing on ORien server yesterday afternoon.but before i started to play the game i saw a restart notice on the gamelauncher from 1-2pm ESt. i am pacicfic time zone(which would be 10-11am for me). so i waited past the time alot for the restart before i actually started playing on orien. logged on shortly after the time. got up to 103 favor points and didnt recieve the 25 turbine points for achieving 100/400 and no ingame mail either HAS this happening to anyone else? and this not my very first character on this server. and this is not happening on any of the other servers i play on got my lvl11 monk(on aggro server) his 600 favor points later on that day.
100 favor=25 tp

ORIEN Server -Anyone else having troubles with getting Tp's?once you reached?

Some friends (& other posters here) have been having issues with getting the 100 favor reward TP too. Not sure if it's just limited to the Orien server.
Some of them think Turbine intentionally turned those off to keep people from farming Festivult sales :
