I cancelled my subscription. How do I know it won't automatically renew? I thought it said I was suppose to get an email but I never got one.

On the Account Management website, if it says "Pending Cancellation" then it won't charge again unless you make a change.
Please be sure that you have a current email associated with your account (you can change this on the Account Management page on the Account Profile tab). Also, be sure to add noreply@turbine.com to your address book or safe sender list to help ensure you receive account notification emails from us.
If you're still not sure, you can confirm via phone or the web form with the Account Management department.
