Immediate Help Needed!

Hello..my account is premium and i was wondering why i still cannot make any of the premium races or classes and also..i am noticing one problem where my account does not have any of the free adventure packs it should have...now maybe my account is bugged it probably is because i have just recently started playing but also my DDO account has stormreach AND i am a returning player and my DDO account has had a previous subscription on the live servers...could somebody tell me what is wrong here? i am totally lost...i have no idea on what too do about this problem..and i would love too know how i fix this problem...and if my account really is not premium i would love for a GM or somebody of high rank on these forums too PLEASE tell me how i can contact a GM and get my account too premium.

Be specific, but if you're referring to monk, favored soul, drow or warforged you need to buy them or earn them with favor. Drow and Favored Soul are earned with favor btw.

It doesn't matter if you're premium. Premium just means you've given Turbine a few dollars in the past and now you are free to play with a few restrictions removed. Free to play users (that includes you) have a lot of restrictions on what quests they can run. No GM or higher power intervention required.

lol...i am a premium player from live servers so my account transferred too F2P and as far as the race and class thing thanks for the info...nobody ever explains it anywhere.
