SUGGESTION on FOUNDING GUILDS

Hi, This may appear trivial to some, But I feel pretty strong about this subject.

There has really been no love shown to founding guilds since launch. Founders helms and such. I know for a fact there are very few founding guilds left in game, Mine may be the last on ARGO. Devs, something would be nice..a little extra guild reknown..HECK we helped start this game..or even more simple..by the Guild Name above heads right by the rank a simple symbal to denote founding guild. STORMBRINGERS is small and has not amassed huge guild reknown...but shouldn't a founding guild have some sort of recognition other than a name in the harbor that noone looks at LOL.

It's a guild that was in place and had more than XXX members from Beta on launch day.

And since there is no way to join the founders club, I'd say no to anything but little cosmetics. Now if you want to give bonuses to guilds that have been in place for more than xxx months/years I'd be more open. But even then, is that fair to guilds that merged over time just because there was no reason not to?

I wouldnt mind some recognition given to founders guilds. You could do a symbol beside their name or something cosmetic. Perhaps they could change the font color of their guild under their name?

Allright thanks for the explanation, and I agree with you that such a bonus should be attainable by all guilds that has been in place for a certain amount of time.

Open up alternative colours and symbols perhaps that can be shown next to the guildname the older it is.

Founding Guild: A Guild Created during the Head Start Program prior to offical Launch, that had at least 10 member characters. Accounts with Members of a Founding Guilds, receive a Founder Helm on every Character Created on that account. (Nothing special about the helm really, somewhat unique look, and grants Lesser False Life.

Founder (such as myself) can be spotted on the Forums withe Forum Tile Founder, aor some unique Founder Only Forum Avatars. They created their Forum Acocunts within the first month or so of the game (I forget the exact dates).

I think you may have missed my point in the OP, I am not asking for anything that would be an extra that others cant have..it would be nice but that is not my request. ALL i asked for was a possible symbal by the guild's name to denote founder..TRs are called HEROS, 32 point builds are CHAMPIONS..A founding guild should be know as such. A simple title to show what you have accomplished. nothing more, nothing less..The rest would be lovely all nice and stuff...but That isn't my deal. I believe that it is quite an accomplishment for any guild to have stayed together since the beginning and to have not joined others, or given up on what they love. And in defference to your doesn't mean squat statement. Without the things those guilds did for guilds, alliances and in game communications,(good or bad...we have all learned from the things set forth by those founding guilds) guilds would not be what they are today. Hell we give our "founding fathers" a title..What is wrong with asking for the same?
