So we can TR,LR,GR,alignment change so what about Race Changes?

Will we ever see race changes? Will people be able to go from a fat halfling to a skinnier halfling? Can you go from a fair skinned elf to a dark-elf.

I for one have a few toons I would consider this on.

Thoughts? Opinions?

I'm a bit surprised that no one thought this was at best a semi decent idea I don't recall seeing other threads about it.

I know I have a certain caster who would lose his fleshiness if this was available.
